At the heart of Los Mitos Ilopango we create a luxury community’s living room. that will be the the "Heart of the community" where we will have a beautiful swimming pool right on the lake, a cold bath and open air gym.

a few key points
no roads to the property , only reachable by boat or hike true nature. this means no road noises only nature. all the readings are excellent. and because we start building from scratch we do everything mito proof.
the total size of the project is almost 70.000 square meter. (17 acre) we have a total of 500 meter lake front of that around 60 meter of beach front where we will have the communal area, with a pool, ice baths, outdoor gym and more.
the plan is to have a small community with around 15 houses, a hotel with communal area, and some cabins.

first we are part of the municipality of La Paz, that has different rules than La Libertad or San Salvador. (that is a good thing). when you want to build we have a few house rules.
